Frame Shift Bio-incubator (Milner)

How they describe themselves

“The Milner Therapeutics Institute provides space and facilities for start-ups and SMEs through its Bio-incubator, which offers a unique environment for companies to work with startups, pharma and academic scientists in an ecosystem designed to spark collaboration and entrepreneurship.”

Notes from Startup Signpost

This bio-incubator is run by the Milner Therapeutics Institute. Milner is part of the University of Cambridge, but you don’t appear to need to be part of the University to apply for space there. Still, entry is apparently competitive!

Pricing is not available online, you would need to contact them with your requirements for an individual quote.

There is no onsite car parking, but you can use the Park & Ride, or hospital car parks (although those are notoriously busy, and not a cheap option).

The new Cambridge South train station provides good access to the Biomedical campus, and there are a number of bus options, including the Busway & Universal Bus.

Many users of the Biomedical campus cycle.
